Your data is yours
The information you and your organization put into a Veskyra platform belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of it, and you can export it or ask us to delete it.
You're responsible for your account
Keep your login credentials secure and don't share access outside your organization. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
We aim for reliable service, not guaranteed perfection
We work to keep every platform available and accurate, but software has bugs and outages happen. We'll always work quickly to fix what's broken and keep you informed.
Billing is straightforward
You're billed according to the plan you choose. We'll never change your pricing without advance notice, and cancellation terms are explained plainly, not buried in fine print.
Use the platform for its intended purpose
Each Veskyra platform is built for a specific kind of operation. Don't use it to violate the law, infringe on others' rights, or interfere with the service for other customers.
We can update these terms
As the platforms grow, we may need to update these terms. When we do, we'll give you notice before changes take effect, not apply them retroactively without warning.
